Efficient, fast and dust-free powder-filling system
The semi-automatic powder-filling system QUESTER-BFE fills manual fire extinguishers of 1-12 kg and also powder tanks for powder extinguishing systems very quickly. The powder-filing system QUESTER-BFE is equipped with scales and an automatic shut-down feature.
The filling weight values are set on the scales display. The height setting of the weighing platform is reached by means of a spindle drive; the fire extinguisher that is to be filled is adjusted pneumatically below the filling head to guarantee easy and efficient operation at a working height.
Allowed powder filling weights:
1 – 12 kg
(with a weighing precision of +/– 10 grams)
Allowed tank dimensions:
- Diameter: 80 – 360 mm
- Total height: 200 – 900 mm
