The CO2-control station, model CO2-BS-2W is designed for quick, precise und economic filling of CO2-cylinders out of a tank with cryogenic Carbon Dioxide.

The alternating use allows the user to fill the effective filling time of the cylinder with preparation and post-processing work. Therefore there are no unit downtimes during the filling process. The control of the filling valves works automatically. The control station has to be used in combination with the CO2-transfer pump EM-130 and the cryogenic Carbon Dioxide tank.

The unit is equipped with:

  • 2 pcs. digital floor scales, 200 kg, 50 g resolution with automatic cut-off feature
  • 2 pcs. pneumatic clamping devices for steel cylinders
  • 2 pcs. isolated CO2-filling hose, lenght 2000 mm
  • 2 pcs. EMDE-CO2-Quick adaptors
  • 1 pc. safety valve 103 bar
  • 2 pcs. pressure gauges
